Mindfulness doesn’t have to be these weird unknown thing. It’s quite easy to practice. And guess what? There’s an app for that. But first let’s discuss what mindfulness even is. Google defines mindfulness as
a mental state achieved by focusing one’s awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one’s feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique.

Think Up: ton of affirmations to bring some positivity into your life.
